If you have too many items to be wash/dry clean and does not wish to count, you may submit a blank order for our delivery agents for collection.
Upon collection, we will check thoroughly the items, finalize them by dropping you a call for confirmation before processing your laundry.
Dry Cleaning is a process whereby we use a liquid solvent to clean your laundry instead of water and detergent. The solvent contains little or no water, hence the term "dry cleaning".
Dry Cleaning is also used to wash expensive items and to preserve fragile cloth material. A good example would be for curtains:
Should your curtain be 6-12 months old, normal washing will be sufficient. Should your curtain be more than 12 months old, our recommendation is to Dry Clean to remove dirt and dust particles and to preserve the curtains.
Your Laundry will be thorough cleaned and prepared for delivery in 3-4 days. However, if your Laundry is ready earlier, our friendly delivery agents will arrange an earlier date of delivery with you.
Yes. We do have Express orders. However they are subjected to 100% of the final amount. Your order will be ready in 1-2 days depending on the item and the procedures required. Please kindly contact +65 8889 5993 for more information.
With care and lots of attention to detail.
1. Upon receiving your laundry, we will individually inspect the item to check if there are any existing stains/damages/tears and we will take a picture of it. (Does not apply for Load Washing)
2. Each item is tagged and we will consolidate the items to finalize and tally for payment. If you have updated your credit card details, we will deduct the amount.
Otherwise, payment is collected upon delivery.
3. After dry cleaning/washing, your item will proceed to be folded/iron/steamed before our delivery agents collect them.
Taking care of your laundry is our number one priority and we strive to provide exceptional service. While we treat all laundry with extreme care, we cannot guarantee against colour loss, bleeding or shrinkage of garments.
In addition, we will not be responsible for: a) normal wear and tear, ironing mark due to repeated ironing efforts, etc.; b) any kind of damage caused by Load Wash (including but not limited to colour run, tear, etc.) to items such as curtain, sofa cover, shirt, blouse, dress, suit, jacket, etc. c) any deteriorated or flawed garments, which could result in small holes or tears.
For any items deemed damaged, Wash Lab Singapore may reimburse you by paying up to ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the item and the compensation should be capped at $200 per order whichever is lower regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment, as per the International Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textile Products.
Please check and confirm the number of the items at the time of delivery of the garments. Any lost item must be reported immediately to our worker or support@washlab.sg. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Items are considered lost Thirty (30) days after the initial claim has been made. Any reimbursement for a dry-cleaned item deemed lost by Wash Lab Singapore, in accordance with the International Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textile Products, shall be limited to ten (10) times the charge for treating the garment and be capped at $200 per order whichever is lower.
Any wash and fold item deemed lost shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, but in any case reimbursement for lost wash and fold item shall not exceed five (5) times the price of the weight of the wash and fold load. Wash Lab Singapore shall not take responsibility for any loose items lost when submitted in a Wash Lab Singapore bag, such as watches, jewelry, detachable belts or cufflinks.
